International applicants who have met the academic requirements for admission (transcripts, proof of English language proficiency, letters of recommendation) will be considered for international provisional admission. To be considered, an applicant must submit their transcripts for all academic degrees attained.

For international provisional admission, graduate admission committees will make a judgment on the applicant’s potential for success in the graduate program and for contributing to the mission of the program. Full admission is granted once all requirements are met including submission of official transcripts, official proof of English Proficiency, and Certificate of Finances.

International student applicants must meet all admission requirements for the graduate program to which they are applying, including official transcripts.

Official transcripts from universities outside the United States will be evaluated by NDNU Admissions and the Program Director of the program applied for. In certain instances, generally 3-year degrees, NDNU may ask the applicant to provide a report by a credential evaluation service that is a member of NACES (we recommend World Education Services, Inc. (WES) and SpanTran) that would include certification of equivalency to a U.S. bachelor’s degree and a conversion to a U.S. grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale.
